Cardio Challenge #1…Calorie burning

I finished my cardio challenge and I’m glad I took pictures (not everyday but most of them), it reminds me I can bust out some good calorie burning sessions sometimes!!! And when those lovely ‘cramping from too much cardio’ happens I can take it easy & still get a little sweaty burn 😎😅. Here’s how my week ended….

Day 7 ✅ … Cardio is not my favorite but I’m glad I stuck with ‘the plan’ & did this weeks challenge (even if I didn’t hit all the #’s)

Here’s what day 7 consisted of:

Stairs – did four 10 minute segments (missed photo #1👎 but that was 120 cals)
10 min @ level 8 with a few minutes at 10 to reach 120 cals
10 min HIIT – 40 second segments, 1 segment @ 3-4, 3 @ 10 to reach 131.8
10 min @ level 6 aerobic setting to reach 73.6
10 min HIIT – 40 second segments, 1 segment @ 2, 2 to 4 @ 10 to reach 125.2
Abs – wall sits, leg raises, ball plank, weighted body crunch, bicycles, weighted obliques, & weighted crunches
Treadmill – 25 min’s, walk & jog intervals (did a couple 45 second 8.5 speed sprints)…. 212 cal’s

TOTAL CAL’S: 663 👏👏👏👏💃💃💃😅😅

WEEK TOTAL CAL’S: 2,341
😎😎😎😳😳😳😳😁😁😁😍😍💦💦💦💦

More goals ahead of me, I enjoyed having the week planned out & giving myself that little push with this ‘challenge’. It’s something that works for me, everyone’s different but me personally I need to see what I’m doing and what I’ve done. Not everyone wants to document this stuff (or see it for that matter) but I find it’s my addiction & thank goodness it’s a healthy one. I appreciate all my friends and family that support me & I love hearing about your progress as well …. Xoxo
